General Terms

7wg.cam ("7wg", "Platform", "we") is an online casino and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all services, bonuses, games, and account-related matters on 7wg. By registering, using, or accessing any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 7wg reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and the updated date will be noted after each change. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 — Registration Eligibility

To open an account with 7wg, you must:

• Each person may operate only one account.

2.2 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 7wg is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized access by a third party.

2.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

7wg may request identity verification at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.4 — Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If a user operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be immediately closed and the associated balances may be confiscated. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits more than once is strictly prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 — Deposit Rules

7wg currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, contact us via 24/7 live chat.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

• If there are any active bonus wagering requirements unfulfilled at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal will be held.

3.3 — Currency

All transactions on 7wg are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To claim this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (original deposit + bonus).

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳2,000 and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw this amount, you will need to place total bets of ৳3,000 × 20 = ৳60,000.

4.2 — Bonus Usage Terms

• The bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 7wg reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts or fraud will result in account termination.

4.3 — VIP and Cashback Program

7wg's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Cashback is added to the account at a set time each week.

Betting and Gaming Policy

5.1 — Fair Play Policy

All games on 7wg are operated under a fair play policy. Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and any associated winnings may be voided.

5.2 — Bet Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game or event and may be changed at any time. 7wg reserves the right to limit any bet or winnings without giving a reason.

5.3 — Technical Errors

Any bet or win resulting from a technical error or software malfunction will not be considered valid. In such situations, 7wg reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the original bet amount.

5.4 — Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the result has been determined. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the amount for the relevant bet will be refunded. For multiple bets, the odds of a cancelled event will be set to 1.00.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7wg:

• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Claiming bonus or promotion benefits through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Harassing or harming other users.
• Creating an account with false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Placing bets in the name of or on behalf of a third party.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, 7wg reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and confiscate the balance. The matter may be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Privacy and Data Protection

7wg is committed to protecting your personal information. All data is stored securely using SSL encryption technology. Your information is not sold to any third party. However, information may be provided to regulatory authorities if required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 — Closure at User Request

If you wish to close your account, please submit a request via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. If there are active bonus wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled at the time of account closure.

8.2 — Suspension by 7wg

7wg may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud found in the account.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Limitation of Liability

7wg will not be liable for any loss caused by technical disruptions, internet connection failures, third-party service failures, or any other unintentional circumstances. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

Gaming carries financial risk. There is a possibility of losing deposited funds in whole or in part. 7wg is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from gaming.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully valid and in effect. These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered final.
